Click here to view past meeting minutes.   Carthage Civic League Board Elections – March Meeting The Carthage Civic League will hold its annual Board elections during our March monthly meeting on Monday, March 16, 2026. We’ll be voting on officer positions—President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary—as well as two Trustee seats. If you’re interested in serving on the Board or would like to learn more about what’s involved, we’d love to hear from you! Please contact the Election Committee at civicleague@carthageohio.com to share your interest or ask questions. Getting involved is a great way to help shape the future of Carthage and support the work of the Civic League. Not ready to join the board? Consider volunteering! Click the button below to sign up. Volunteer Carthage Commons Update Exciting progress is underway at Carthage Commons! The architectural plans are nearly complete, putting us on track for construction to begin this spring. With that timeline, Phase I should be finished well ahead of the December deadline. This first phase will transform currently vacant land into welcoming community greenspace, with future plans for Phase II to add a playground, stage, and gathering space. The Civic League has worked closely with the project team to advocate for strong lighting, thoughtful design, and accessible features that will make the space inviting and usable for everyone in the neighborhood. We’re grateful to be working with local partners Envisage Architecture, Kaiker Construction, and HomeBase Cincinnati to bring this long-awaited project to life. The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing. Get involved with the Carthage Community Garden.The easy-going gardeners meet twice a week in the evening to plant, water, harvest, and socialize.We are planning our growing season and celebrating the coming of spring soon.
